This project involved the expansion of an existing industrial building ( Mudhra Fine Blanc Pvt Ltd) located in SIPCOT, Irungattukottai, near Sriperumbudur. The expansion included the addition of two new bays to the existing structure to enhance operational capacity.

SCOPE:

Our scope encompassed both civil works and office interior fit-outs (excluding furniture). The work was carried out across the shop floor at the ground level, a mezzanine floor, and a second floor. The mezzanine floor houses the administrative office functions, while the upper floor has been designated for storage and accommodates the compressor room.

Key components of the scope included:
• New office interiors at the ground floor and mezzanine level
• Renovation of the existing canteen and restrooms
• Construction and installation of a cooling tower, effluent treatment plant (ETP), generator room, and EB panel room
• Paver block work across the property’s exterior
• Construction of a new security room at the main entrance

This comprehensive scope was executed with an emphasis on functionality, durability, and alignment with industrial safety and operational standards.

The architectural design was conceived by M/S CTC Designers, Chennai.
