This was a turnkey project involving the design and construction of a new ‘L’-shaped Ground + 2 floors RCC expansion block within an existing school campus. The expansion was thoughtfully planned to integrate with the existing ‘L’-shaped block, forming a central atrium—a multifunctional space intended to host school assemblies and various events.

The new structure accommodates an administrative facility on the ground floor, with classrooms and laboratories situated on the upper levels. The design ensures seamless connectivity with the existing campus while enhancing spatial efficiency and functionality.

The scope of work included Civil, Electrical, and PHE (Public Health Engineering) services, all executed under a turnkey delivery model for streamlined coordination and timely completion. The architectural design was developed by M/s CTC Designers, Chennai, aligning aesthetics with institutional requirements.

This project stands as a well-integrated educational infrastructure solution, combining smart planning with practical design to support the school’s growing needs.

The facility includes spacious, well-ventilated classrooms, staff rooms, and fully equipped Physics, Chemistry, and Computer laboratories, along with restrooms and other supporting amenities to meet the needs of a modern academic institution.

The scope of work encompassed Civil, Electrical, and Public Health Engineering (PHE) services. The architectural design emphasizes natural lighting, cross ventilation, and efficient spatial organization, ensuring a comfortable and productive learning environment for students and faculty alike.
