This project is a Stilt + 5 floors residential redevelopment comprising 25 finely crafted apartments, located on First Main Road, Nanganallur. The total constructed area is approximately 25,000 sq.ft, and the project was successfully completed in 2024.

The redevelopment was undertaken on the site of one of Nanganallur’s earliest residential apartment complexes. The new structure blends modern architecture with enhanced functionality, transforming it into a contemporary, amenity-rich living space while retaining its legacy as a landmark in the area.
